We capture polar luminous intensity curves, total lumen output, CCT, and CRI in-house, generating verified LM-79 reports and raw IES data files.
High-voltage insulation and IP ingress checks
Routine dielectric withstand tests at 3.75kV and periodic IP65/IP66 pressurized water spray tests confirm electrical safety and environmental sealing.

Technical inquiry and CAD review

We perform Dialux lighting calculations and finite element thermal dissipation simulations to validate junction temperatures and illuminance targets.
Rapid prototyping and mold tooling
CNC machined prototypes are ready in 7 to 10 days. Production mold fabrication takes 25 to 30 days for custom die-cast housings and optical lenses.
Pilot run and 48-hour testing
A pre-production sample batch undergoes complete SMT mounting, photometric lab verification, and a 48-hour continuous aging test before customer approval.
